The Pittsburgh Penguins and the Toronto Maple Leafs Could Switch Players

Justin Holl has been a healthy scratch for the past four games and was a part of the Leafs’ top 4 for the beginning of the season.

I personally think that the Leafs are going to trade Justin Holl and that they made him a healthy scratch for that reason. You can’t trade a player who’s injured, that only makes sense.

Here is a rumor that’s floating around in the Maple Leafs world, a player switch between the Penguins and the Maple Leafs.

Could the Maple Leafs trade Justin Holl for Tristan Jarry?

With Petr Mrázek out for another month, the Leafs could use a third NHL-ready goalie. Plus, we don’t even know if Petr Mrázek will be back in a month, he could be out for two or three months.

Petr Mrázek being out for more than a month would be a nightmare for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

I believe the Leafs should trade Justin Holl for another top-four defenseman. Another rumor floating around is that Justin Holl isn’t even on the chopping block, it’s actually Travis Dermott.

Who knows, really.

Right now at 29 years of age, Justin Holl is a decent defenceman that can move the puck well but with Rasmus Sandin and Timothy Liljegren looking like solid NHL defencemen, you know that probably one of them will soon be on the move.

What do you think? Should they trade Justin Holl for Tristan Jarry?
